Gokhan HAYMANA
Born in Istanbul in 1969, Gökhan HAYMANA graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Metallurgical Engineering in 1989, and received his master's degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1993.
In 1995, he started his career in the Marketing department of Asil Çelik's qualified steel production factory, and later worked in Domestic Sales and Exports, respectively. He served the sector as Deputy General Manager and General Manager in two large companies operating in the fields of qualified steel.
In this process, in addition to the establishment and operation of Turkey's largest cold processing centers, he also specialized in hot rolling processes and carried out his works in cooperation with many manufacturers and suppliers, including domestic and foreign global companies.
Having specialized in different areas of special steel from production to supply processes, from quality development to sales and purchasing processes, to localization of special steel products in the automotive industry, in his career of more than a quarter century, Haymana has become one of the sought-after experts in the sector in Turkey.
Its new goal is to grow by making a difference in the sector with the AND MET brand.
Cagrı BIRCAN
Born in Konya in 1976, Çağri BIRCAN graduated from Marmara University Environmental Engineering in 1999.
He worked as an internal sales manager at Hasçelik company between 2000-2005, and as export manager and export director between 2005-2021, respectively.
He continues his career in AND MET, which he is the founding partner of, with the confidence, experience and knowledge gained in the field of sales, import and export in the special steel industry for 21 years.
Its primary goal is to add value to the country's economy and customers with the principles of trust, quality products and quality service.
